Summer Internship Program

The purpose of the Summer Internship Program is to develop and train young leaders through a mentored work placement in our day camp programs and promote staff retention and succession. Another intended outcome is to increase participant experience by having increased leadership presence in our programs while encouraging the development and training of workplace skills and competencies.
